SD150- Oil Suction and Delivery Hose
Application: Mandrel hard wall hose used for the suction and delivery of petroleum products with aromatic content up to 30%.
Temperature: from -20°C (-4°F) to +70°C (+158°F).
Tube: black, smooth, NBR rubber.
Reinforcement: high strength synthetic cord, antistatic copper wire available, and steel helix wire.
Cover: black, smooth (wrapped finish), synthetic rubber, weathering and oil resistant.
SOMAXFLEX fuel & oil suction and delivery hose are for handling petroleum, oil and gasoline, long lasting using in heavy duty application. Made of synthetic rubber resistant to oil and oil products, the outer layer of UV-resistant and impact of petroleum products.
The tubes are reinforced with high-strength synthetic fiber which ensures a safe and long-lasting operation. Static wire that is placed in the tube itself and serves to drain static electricity. Suction hoses are manufactured with soft ends for easy montage various couplings. At the customer request install couplings. More flexible, aging-resistance abrasion-resistance, oil-resistance and water & ozone resistance.

Free samples and free delivery.
2. How long will I get my order?
General production time for 1x20 feet container is 25 days, for 1x40 feet container 40 days.
3. How will my order be packed?
All hose is packed by 2 plies of PVC film, inner is tranparent, outer is color and thick one. (Color can be ordered as customer like). Special packing like Reel and Pallet also available. Fitting is packed by 3 plies, carton, PVC bag and then pallet.
4. What should I do if I find quality problem in using?
12 months Quality Garentee for all of our products. We offer replacement for any defective caused by non-human reasons.
