Hennessey has come up with a twin-turbocharged conversion for the Lamborghini Huracan, which is suitable for pretty much all versions of the Italian supercar.

Dubbed the HPE900, the kit consists of a whole bunch of aftermarket parts that are meant to increase the output without sacrificing reliability, as well as special ‘Hennessey’ exterior and interior logos and ‘Twin Turbo’ badges.

Among the novelties we count twin-ball bearing turbos, dual inlet pipes, stainless turbo downpipes thermal coating, high-flow air induction system, air-to water intercooler, new oil pump, hoses and fittings, engine management calibration and others. Hennessey claims that their tuned Huracan “handles like stock, until the boost kicks in”.

The result is a stunning 912 horsepower produced at 7,400 rpm, on 93-octane gasoline, which translates into a 0 to 60 mph (0-96 km/h) sprint of just 2.6 seconds. According to the Texan tuner, which also offers a 1-year/12,000-mile (19,312-km) warranty for the conversion and tests it on the road and in the lab, the modified Huracan does the quarter mile in just 9.8 seconds with an exit speed of 145 mph (233 km/h).

By comparison, the naturally aspirated 5.2-liter V10 develops 631 HP at 8,000 rpm in the stock Huracan Evo, rocketing it to 60 mph in just a little under 3 seconds and up to a top speed of more than 202 mph (325 km/h).

So, how much do you think it puts out at the wheels? That’s for you to find out by watching the short video posted by Hennessey and shared below, which shows the Huracan strapped to the dyno.
