Stardew Valley contains some incredibly powerful weapons that make clearing the mines a breeze. Here's how to find and craft the very best ones.
Many of the best items that can be crafted in Stardew Valley require materials from the mines, but the monsters inside can make it difficult to collect them. The standard mine that sits north of Pelican Town can take a while to clear, but luckily it saves the player's progress every five floors. However, those looking for better, rarer material will need to explore the desert's Skull Cavern -- which is much more difficult to clear.
Because of its size and the dangerous creatures that reside inside of it, players will need to be prepared going in. This includes having the best weapons, which will make surviving Skull Cavern much more manageable. These endgame weapons can be challenging to get a hold of, but they're worth it for the benefits they provide.

Stardew Valley's best ranged weapon, the Master Slingshot is relatively easy to find. As players make it deeper into the town's mines, they'll find treasure the first time they make it to every tenth floor (with the exception of floor 30). Floor 70 contains a chest that, when opened, will give players the Master Slingshot.
Given its power, it's surprising how early in the game this weapon can be found. However, the downside is that it require ammunition to use. Using standard stone as ammunition will only provide between 3-11 damage per shot, which is only useful early game. Still, the Master Slingshot is worth holding onto, as better ammo types yield more damage, with Iridium Ore providing 25-101 damage per shot. Despite the heavy cost, the benefit of being able to wipe out enemies from afar provides a better benefit than most weapons in the game.

The Infinity Blade is the most powerful sword, and it can be crafted using the forge found on level 10 of the Volcano Dungeon. This can be accessed by unlocking Ginger Island after fixing Willy's boat. As with all of the Infinity weapons, they must be crafted from the Galaxy versions. The Galaxy Sword can be obtained by carrying a Prismatic Shard to the tile in the center of the three pillars in the Calico Desert. The shard will be consumed, but players will be rewarded with the Galaxy Sword in return. While this method cannot be repeated, after it's been done, players can purchase another sword from the Adventurer's Guild shop for 50,000 g.
In addition to the Galaxy Sword, crafting the Infinity Blade requires 60 Cinder Shards and three Galaxy Souls. Cinder Shards can be obtained by mining in the Volcano Dungeon. As for Galaxy Shards, they are harder to find, as they need to be purchased for 40 Qi Gems from the island's Walnut Room. Qi Gems are a special currency that can only be gained through completing tasks for mysterious Mr. Qi.
Though the Infinity Blade takes quite a bit of work to obtain, it will cut down most enemies with ease. The sword deals between 80-100 damage per hit, while also giving the player +4 speed and +2 defense.

Like the Infinity Blade, the Infinity Dagger is the best dagger available in Stardew Valley, and crafting it requires a Galaxy weapon. After obtaining the Galaxy Sword for the first time, the Galaxy Dagger becomes available to purchase at the Adventurers Guild for 35,000 g. From there, players can craft the Infinity Dagger at the forge with three Galaxy Souls and 60 Cinder Shards.
As a dagger, this weapon doesn't pack a punch quite like the Infinity Blade. However, it's higher attack speed means the amount of damage-per-second evens out. The Infinity Dagger provides 50-70 damage for every swing. It also grants the wielder +1 speed, +3 defense, +4 crit chance and +5 knockback.

The Infinity Gavel is the highest-damaging melee weapon found in Stardew Valley, and it comes at the highest price. Once again, the Infinity Gavel requires a Galaxy weapon, this time a Galaxy Hammer. This can be purchased from the Adventurer's Guild after unlocking the Galaxy Sword for a hefty 75,000 g. Like the previous Infinity weapons, the Galaxy Hammer then needs to be combined with three Galaxy Souls and 60 Cinder Shards.
The price needed to obtain the Infinity Gavel is worth it, as no melee weapon can do better. The Gavel provides a devastating 100-120 damage per swing, and it can also swing fast with the bonus +2 speed, +1 defense and +5 knockback it grants the player carrying it.
